Why is Exampro introducing teacher accounts?
Can I create one teacher account for my whole school to use?
Can I use my private Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc. email for my account?
No, your school has licensed Exampro so we require a school email whenever possible. Under certain exceptional circumstances private email addresses may be used however you will need to contact Exampro support and explain why it is impossible for you to use a school email address.
In addition to Exampro, my school also uses MERiT / Optional Tests. Can I use my MERiT credentials to access Exampro or vice versa?
Yes, MERiT and Exampro use the same login system so an existing MERiT account can be used to access Exampro, there is no need to re-register. You may proceed to the login page and use your MERiT credentials.
Note that if your school uses MERiT and Exampro, but you do not have a MERiT account already your data administrator will have to authorise any accounts created via Exampro before you will be able to access MERiT. This is due to the sensitive nature of the data used by the MERiT system.
When I try to register my teacher account I get a message telling me ‘That email address is already in use’, what is going on?
The most likely explanation is that your school already uses MERiT and you already have a MERiT account. As MERiT and Exampro use the same login system an account registered on one system will also exist on the other. Therefore to access Exampro simply login with your existing MERiT account. If you do not know your password you can reset it using this link.

If I change my Exampro password, is my MERiT password also changed?
Yes. The credentials for MERiT and Exampro are the same, so changing one also changes the other.
What do I do if I forget my Exampro password?
You can use this screen to reset your password.
Will my documents still be available with my new login?
Yes, you will be able to access and open your Exampro documents as you have done previously.
My domain is not associated with my school. How do I register a new domain?
Please contact 0345 145 1500 or email email@example.com. You must provide an official school email when updating your school domain.
I have already created a teacher's account, how do I reset my password?

Why am I getting 'No request was made for that email or it has already been used' when I set my password?
This response means that there is a problem either with your account or a restriction is being applied by your network. To help us identify which, please try setting your password at home or through a mobile device that is not connected to the school network. Then contact support on 0345 145 1500 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a limit on the number of teacher accounts we can create for our school?
There are no limits on the number of teacher accounts that you can create. The default limit of 3 simultaneous users of a question bank at one time does still apply, however. If you would like to purchase additional users at £10 per user, call 0345 145 1500 or email email@example.com
